Hi, Mamas!

I’m Kristen, and I’m so excited to join the Fit4Mom Carmel team! I’ve been part of this wonderful community since my daughter, Rosie, was around 9 months old. She’s now two and a half!

When I decided to take a break from teaching and stay home with her, I quickly found out I was missing a community and adult interaction. That’s where Fit4Mom comes in. I’m SO thankful I took that first class and was welcomed by so many mamas. I’ve made so many friends through this community, and so has Rosie!

I’m excited to have the role of Craft Captain because I was really missing the creativity and teaching/modeling from my old job.

In my free time, I love to spend time with family and friends, try new food and drink spots, and travel around the world.
