Join FIT4MOM North Indy for a fun members-only field trip to My Gym Springmill.

Our group has been invited for a FREE private play class just for FIT4MOM North Indy families. This special class will give our kiddos time to explore the gym, play on the equipment, and participate in instructor-led activities designed to build confidence, coordination, and lots of smiles.

This is a great opportunity for moms to connect while the little ones burn some energy and try something new in a safe, fun environment.

Join FIT4MOM North Indy for a fun Village Field Trip to the Indianapolis Zoo on April 30 at 10am.

Bring the kiddos and meet us for a morning of exploring, learning, and connecting with your village. From watching playful animals to strolling the beautiful zoo paths, it’s the perfect outing for moms and little ones to enjoy together.

We’ll meet at the entrance at 10am and head in as a group. Grab your stroller, pack some snacks, and get ready for a wild day of fun with FIT4MOM North Indy! 🐘🌿

We're taking it outside! Join us Friday, May 1st as we kick off our outdoor season on the turf in front of Sun Kind at Monon Plaza in Carmel.

Our "Out and Backs" will take us out on the Monon Trail — fresh air, good vibes, and great company. 🏃‍♀️

After class, stick around and make a morning of it! Grab lunch, grab a coffee, or let the kids burn off some energy at the nearby play areas. The perfect way to start your weekend! 🌿☕
