moreWater Balloon Stroller Barre
Join us for a splash-tastic twist on your favorite barre workout! We're turning up the fun and cooling things down with a Water Balloon Stroller Barre class at beautiful Coxhall Gardens. Expect all the signature moves you love—low-impact, high-burn barre work designed just for moms—but with a playful water balloon element added in to keep you refreshed and smiling.
Bring your stroller, your little one, and a towel—you will get a little wet!
This is the perfect way to beat the heat, move your body, and make memories with your village.
more🎨 "A Color of His Own" Story Time & Craft
Stick around after Stroller Barre for a colorful morning with your village! We’ll read the beloved children’s book “A Color of His Own” by Leo Lionni—a heartwarming story about identity, friendship, and embracing what makes you unique. After the story, we’ll get crafty with a fun, chameleon-inspired art project your little one will love.
No need to bring anything but your creativity—we’ll provide all the supplies!
moreWater Wednesday Stroller Strides
We’re turning our Mommy & Me workout into a full-on Field Day for Moms. Think relay races, water balloon games, sprinkler sprints, and more—all with your kiddo by your side. You’ll sweat, smile, and maybe get a little (okay, a lot) soaked.
Let’s beat the heat and make memories. Come for the community, stay for the squirt gun battles. You don’t want to miss this one!
Tag a mama friend who needs a good laugh, a little sweat, and a lot of fun. See you there!
moreAnything But the Water bottle: Body Boost
Join us for a silly, sweaty, anything-but-ordinary Body Boost class! The workout will be fierce, but your hydration method? Absolutely ridiculous.
The only rule: you cannot bring a regular water bottle. That’s right, it’s time to channel your inner hydration innovation.
- Sippy cup? Yes.
- Leftover souvenir mug from that one weird vacation? Absolutely.
- Watering can? Iconic.
- Actual water bottle? Banned.
Let’s laugh, lunge, and hydrate in style. We promise the workout is serious… but your cup doesn’t have to be.
Tag your workout buddy and let’s make a splash—just not with a Hydro Flask.
more🌮 Post-Stroller Barre Taco Pitch-In
Let’s taco ‘bout lunch with your village! After Stroller Barre, stick around for a fun and casual Taco Pitch-In—because nothing brings mamas together like good food and good company.
We’ll spread out picnic-style and enjoy a taco-themed lunch together. Whether you bring shells, toppings, or dessert, it’s all about sharing, connecting, and celebrating the strong community we’ve built. A sign-up sheet will be posted soon so you can let us know what you’d like to bring!
moreCommunity Outreach Class – Birthday Kits for a Cause
Join us for a special Stroller Barre class with heart! As part of The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis' 100th birthday celebration, we’re partnering to support their mission to bring joy to families facing food insecurity.
The museum is donating thousands of birthday cake kits—complete with cake mix, frosting, candles, and more—to local food pantries so every child has the chance to celebrate their special day. You can help by donating any of these items during class!
After we move our bodies and refill our cups, we’ll collect donations and take a group photo to celebrate our impact together.
moreBook Club – It Happened One Summer
Tuesday, August 26th | 7:30 PM | Location TBD
Calling all book-loving mamas! Join us for our August Book Club meetup as we dive into It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey—a spicy, feel-good rom-com full of small-town charm, unlikely romance, and just the right amount of sass.
We’ll chat about the book, share our favorite (and cringiest) moments, and enjoy some well-deserved time to unwind and connect.
moreStroller Strides Scavenger Hunt
Join us for a playful twist on your favorite stroller workout! We’re turning our Stroller Strides into a Scavenger Hunt — combining sweat, smiles, and a little sleuthing as we move through a full-body workout with fun clues and surprises along the way.
Let’s stride, seek, and celebrate the end of summer together! 🌿👶
