Hi Mamas! I’m Jen, I was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and moved to Carmel (for the first time) in 2016 after several years of doing long-distance with my now-husband. We moved back to Canada (Greater Toronto Area) in 2021 where our daughter Freya was born in January 2022. We decided that we missed Indy too much and moved back in late 2022 and I found Fit4Mom Carmel shortly after that. I have made more friends in the few short months that I’ve been with Fit4Mom than I did in the 5 years that we previously lived in Indy! I am so grateful for this village of moms! In my free time I love to cook, bake and get outside and be active with my little family. I look forward to seeing you in class and sharing all the things I love about Fit4Mom North Indy with you!
