Hello! Welcome to the FIT4MOM community. My name is Debra and I am the proud owner and one of the instructors here at FIT4MOM Carmel. I am a mom of three. Two wild, rough and tough boys and a one sweet little girl. I also have a dachshund named Lola and a hyper vizsla named Peach. I was raised in Sacramento CA. I met my husband in college where we both attended Seattle Pacific University. I was a collegiate gymnast and majored in Interior Design. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and we have lived in South Carolina and Texas before deciding to settle down in Carmel, IN. My passions include fitness, cooking, traveling, planning activities, gymnastics, animals, and design. I am so excited to meet you and get to know you more.
